The lanes

Six practice lanes and the Earn Capstone.

Every lane is a vocational program built around guided rep modules — short, structured attempts with a facilitator beside you. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include studio materials, feedback and your portfolio folder. Run a single lane, or work toward the capstone.

How the lanes fit together

Start where your goal sits.

New to AI-assisted work? Begin at Lane 1. Already producing but underpricing? Jump to Lane 4. Every lane stands on its own, yet each one feeds the Earn Capstone, where your best deliverables become a portfolio proof workshop folder. There is no fixed order and no penalty for choosing the lane you actually need.

Lane 1 · Foundations

Earn AI Clash Foundations

The bench-setting lane for newcomers and career-changers. Over calm, repeated reps you learn to brief an AI tool, judge a draft against a clear standard, and revise without spinning. We cover the working habits behind every deliverable: version notes, honest source-checking and a simple file system. You leave the floor able to produce a small, genuine artefact from a blank brief — the base that every other lane builds on.

Lane 2 · Tools

AI Tools for Client-Ready Work

This lane turns a scattering of AI tools into one reliable production line. You practise moving a task from prompt to draft to polished, client-ready artefact — text, structured documents, briefs and light research — while checking accuracy and keeping your own voice. Through guided rep modules you build a personal toolkit and a repeatable workflow, so the tools serve the deliverable rather than the novelty. Emphasis throughout is on quality a paying client would actually accept.

Lane 3 · Packaging

Packaging Services on the Practice Floor

Skill without a package is hard to sell. In this lane you practise the deliverable list craft: naming a service, scoping exactly what is and is not included, and writing a plain brief a client can say yes to. You build a small service menu, a review-round policy and a clean handover format. By the end you can describe your work as a defined package rather than a vague offer — the difference between favours and professional deliverables.

Lane 4 · Pricing

Pricing & Proposals with AI

Fair pricing is a learnable skill, and this lane treats it as one. You practise estimating effort, setting rates in Canadian dollars, and writing proposals that hold their value under questions. Using AI as a drafting partner, you produce quote templates, scope-of-work outlines and polite boundary language for revisions and extras. Reps focus on the awkward moments — discounts, rush requests, unclear briefs — so you meet them calmly rather than caving. Confidence here is built, not bluffed.

Lane 5 · Side-Income

Side-Income & Career Upside Skills

Designed for people fitting practice around a job, studies or family, this lane is about sustainable, calm income upside rather than hustle. You practise sizing work to a real calendar, protecting your energy, and choosing the few earn skills worth compounding. Deliverables include a lightweight positioning note, a modest outreach plan and a weekly rhythm you can actually keep. We are frank about limits: this lane builds a durable side-skill, not a promise of replacement income.

Capstone

Earn Capstone — Income Skills Portfolio Experience

The capstone gathers everything into proof. Across an extended practice block you select your strongest artefacts, refine them to a client-ready standard, and assemble a portfolio proof workshop folder with annotations that explain your thinking. You rehearse presenting the work, handle a mock brief end-to-end, and leave with a coherent body of evidence for your craft. It is the floor's final rep: proof you can show, not a figure we would ever promise.

Pair any lane with a skills review.

Every lane can be paired with a one-to-one skills review at the coaching desk, where a facilitator works through your deliverables in detail. It is the most direct way to close specific gaps. See the services page for review pricing and cohort formats.

Program disclaimer. Lane prices are in Canadian dollars and cover vocational instruction, studio materials and feedback. Earn AI Clash builds skills and portfolios only. Our lanes are not financial advice, not an investment, and not a guarantee of clients or income. What you earn afterward rests on your own work, timing and market — never on a figure we have quoted you.
