A short, honest word on cookies.
We keep cookies to a minimum. This notice explains the few we use, why we use them, and how you stay in control under Canada's PIPEDA. Effective 17 July 2026 (2026-07-17).
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember simple things between pages or visits, such as whether you have already made a choice about cookies. Similar technologies, like local storage in your browser, do much the same job. In this notice we use the word “cookies” to cover both.
Our approach
Earn AI Clash runs a deliberately light website. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build marketing profiles, and we do not share your browsing with data brokers. The only optional technology we might switch on is privacy-respecting analytics, and even that runs only if you say yes. Our default is restraint.
The cookies we may set
| Cookie / item | Type | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| eac_consent_v1 | Strictly necessary | Remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask on every page. | Up to 12 months |
| Session / security | Strictly necessary | Keeps the site working safely, including form submission and basic protection. | Session |
| Aggregate analytics | Optional (consent) | Counts visits anonymously and in aggregate so we can improve the practice floor and our courses. | Up to 12 months |
Strictly necessary cookies
These are essential for the website to function and to honour your choices. They handle security, allow the contact form to work, and store your consent decision. Because the site cannot operate properly without them, they are always on and do not require consent under applicable rules. They do not track you across other websites.
Optional analytics
If, and only if, you consent, we may record anonymous, aggregate information about how the site is used — for example, which pages are visited most and roughly where visitors are based. This helps us decide which lanes and pages need improvement. The data is not used to identify you personally and is never sold. You can decline analytics and the site will work exactly the same.
How to accept, reject or customise
When you first visit, our consent banner offers three clear choices:
- Accept — enables strictly necessary cookies plus optional analytics.
- Reject — keeps only the strictly necessary cookies; no analytics run.
- Customise — opens the preferences panel so you can turn analytics on or off individually, then save your choice.
You can change your mind at any time. Clearing this site's cookies and local storage in your browser will make the banner appear again so you can choose afresh. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings; if you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the site may not work as intended.
Managing cookies in your browser
Every major browser provides controls to view, block and delete cookies, usually under a privacy or security menu. Because the steps differ between browsers and versions, we suggest consulting your browser's own help pages for the most accurate instructions. Remember that settings are per-browser and per-device, so a choice on your laptop will not carry over to your phone.
Updates to this notice
If our use of cookies changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Because we intend to keep our footprint small, we expect changes to be rare. This version is dated 17 July 2026.
